The Uttarakhand Full Contact Karate Association (UFKA) was formed in 2012-13 under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Bhakuni, 3rd dan black belt (Jaoan), Senior Kyokushin Karate Instructor & Chief of Indian Branch — I.K.O Matshushima / Kyokushinkaikan International Karate Organization (Japan), & Haldwani International Judge (Uttarakhand).By soliciting to bring forth Kyokushin Karate 's skills, most of the players trained here have participated successfully in numerous competitions of different levels. UFKA has had many years of association with prominent people , friends, and culture.
