About Us
Hi, I'm Dr Asha B Jain. My goal is to transform the body and mind. I yoga for beginner started therapy from when I have finished my courses from Bihar school of yoga poses munger and Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Samsthan bangalore. A paper on Pranic Healing and Chronic yoga benifts pain has been published in International Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, ():-, . I have treated many yoga poses patients through Pranic healing. I have seen tremendous and fast improvement in different problems through Pranic healing. I have spent more than year in Delhi, Gurgaon and ran my own Yoga center. In Delhi also I have done research on Yoga benifts and Asthma in Safdarjung Hopital. There also I have treated many patients through Yoga, Naturopathy, Acupressure, Pranic healing and counseling. I spent over years as a therapist, yoga poses teacher, corporate trainer and healer. Applied yoga classes hatha yoga in factories, corporate, colleges and schools everywhere with substantial results.
