Lower suites are made of locally squared stone mirroring Kumaoni village houses, while upper suites are constructed using bamboo sticks and copper wire fly-ash bricks.Suites have floor to ceiling windows covering the valleys below and the mountains beyond. The upper suites feature bay windows that spread out to wide terraces, while the lower units have adjoining seating rooms surrounded by fruit trees.
