Welcome to the official site of Sharda Public School, one of the most prestigious institutions of Almora, the city of Uttarakhand state. Sharda Public School Almora (affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi ) was found in the year 2001. with the aim of providing quality education to the residents of Almora and its nearby areas. The school comprised of 140 students and 15 faculty members. In the following years, school has expanded to Barechinna and Doba respectively and now has two campuses in Almora which have spacious and ventilated classrooms, large play facilities both indoors and outdoors, a well stocked library, an audio visual room and modern laboratories. The school has been designed to cater to both intellectual and physical well being of its 600 pupils, ranging from Playgroup to class XII. Sharda Public School provides a friendly and secular environment with the aim of building confident, respectful and responsible individuals. The school nurtures and develops each individual’s capabilities so as to integrate a harmonious development of the child’s intellectual, emotional and physical capacities.
