About Us
In 2016, a family of three embarked on their first holiday to Goa. Three years later, they returned for another vacation and ultimately, decided to permanently relocate to Canacona. It was during the Covid outbreak that the concept of establishing a gym was conceived, a lifelong aspiration for the family. Dave brings over three decades of training and nutrition experience, having been an ex-champion bodybuilder and a personal trainer in Kuwait. Chloe, on the other hand, is a Primary School teacher who oversees the administrative and marketing aspects of the gym.
